User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Account Registration

If you create an account on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your password or account information.

Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for legitimate real estate browsing, inquiry, and transaction purposes. You may:

• View and search property listings
• Create and manage your user account
• Save properties to your favorites
• Submit property inquiries and booking requests
• Download materials for personal use
• Communicate with real estate agents through the Platform

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Reproduce, duplicate, modify, or distribute Platform content without authorization
• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities, including fraud or money laundering
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other users
• Post or transmit obscene, offensive, or defamatory content
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping software to extract data
• Interfere with Platform functionality or network connections
• Post spam, promotional content, or unsolicited advertising
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization

Platform Content Ownership

The Platform, including all text, graphics, images, logos, content, software, and code, is the property of Real Estate App or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights to any content by accessing the Platform.

User-Generated Content

Any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform ("User Content") remains your property. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Real Estate App a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms and Conditions.

Trademarks

Real Estate App, and all related logos, trademarks, and trade names are the exclusive property of Real Estate App. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate property listings and information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all content. Property listings may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Prices, availability, property details, and other information are subject to change without notice.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for independently verifying all property information, prices, specifications, and details before making any purchasing decisions. We recommend conducting professional inspections and consultations with qualified real estate agents and legal advisors.

Agent Responsibility

Real estate agents and property owners posting listings are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Real Estate App is not responsible for misrepresentations or fraudulent listings posted by third parties.

Role of Real Estate App

Real Estate App serves as a platform to facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. We do not act as a party to any real estate transaction, nor do we provide legal, financial, or tax advice. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or completion of any transaction.

Direct Responsibility

All real estate transactions are conducted directly between the parties involved. Real Estate App does not hold title to any property, process payments, or execute legal documents. You agree to handle all aspects of the transaction independently.

Legal & Professional Advice

You agree to seek independent legal, financial, and professional advice before entering into any real estate transaction.

"As-Is" Provision

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy and completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

Technical Issues

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for technical difficulties, system failures, server errors, or data loss.

Third-Party Content

We do not endorse or warrant any third-party content, links, services, or products accessed through the Platform. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

Prohibited Content

Users may not post, submit, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or offensive
• Violates intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Contains false or misleading information
• Promotes illegal activities or violence

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice. We may also suspend or terminate user accounts for repeated violations.

Fee Structure

Any fees charged for premium services or features will be clearly displayed before purchase. By proceeding with payment, you authorize Real Estate App to charge your payment method for the full amount.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. For eligible refunds, requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within 30 days. We will investigate and respond to your claim within 30 business days.

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, though your personal information will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Real Estate App

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Termination may be without prior notice.

Data Retention After Termination

Upon account termination, we may retain your data for compliance, legal, or business purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us in writing describing the dispute and attempting good-faith negotiation. We will respond within 30 days with our position.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration in Nigeria, rather than through litigation.
