R O and CO Properties, founded by Alhaji Ridwan Olayiwola in 2018, was born out of a passion to provide affordable land ownership opportunities for the average Nigerian, offering them a path to secure their financial future. Starting in Ibadan, the company quickly expanded, opening a branch in Abeokuta in 2019, followed by branches in Lagos in 2022 and Ilorin in 2023. Over the past eight years, R.O and CO. Properties has developed over 20 active estates across four states in southwestern Nigeria, with many more in the pipeline. Through these initiatives, the company has not only provided access to prime land but has also empowered thousands of Nigerians with the means to build wealth and secure their futures.
